NOSA offers an ever-changing menu based on seasonality and inspired by the bountiful ingredients that are available here in Northern New Mexico.
Our menu evolves and changes with the season and the availability of local ingredients. Some of our favorite dishes to prepare are duck confit with ratatouille and ricotta salata, crispy squash blossoms stuffed with ricotta and pistachio cream, and tender pan-roasted trout with braised romano beans and ajo blanco.
We can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian dietary restrictions with advance notice.

CANCELLATION FEE FOR RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS
Dinner and Lunch:
Cancel Up to 2 Days Before: You can cancel up to 2 days before the exact time of your reservation without any fee.
$35 Fee Per Guest: If you cancel less than 2 days before your reservation, there will be an automatic $35 cancellation fee per guest.
A deposit for larger parties will be required and will vary based on number of guests. For more information contact NOSA to help plan your special celebration!
AFTERNOON TEA CANCELLATION FEE

$20 Fee Per Guest: If you cancel less than 2 days before your reservation, there will be an automatic $20 cancellation fee per guest.
We have three dining areas – a private dining room accommodating up to 12 diners, a main dining room accommodating 24 diners and our wine bar named Juniper Room which opens out onto an enchanting patio that accommodates up to 12 diners for an al fresco breakfast or casual evening meal while viewing the local wildlife of rabbits and hummingbirds and the stunning sunsets over the mountains.
